<2017 Fun Run 🏁 Plan Adjusted as of 27th of May>
今年の結果と今後の予定を簡単にまとめてみました。今に始まったことではありませんが、より一層健康管理に重点を置く必要がある年齢になってきたこと、家族との時間、仕事のバランスを保ちつつ、良いパフォーマンスに結び付けられるライフスタイルを楽しみながら今後も探求していきます!
At the current state this is the best plan for the races during mixture of business and running everyday life. If I put more than this into the race, higher probability of changing my occupation more into the athelete size. Not sure if I really want to do this at this point in time but never knows what would happen in our life.
For the race perspective, I am done with 100K with Sub10 race in 2016. Therefore there's no plan to set race longer than 42.195km. Going towards less distance and more speed like 5K run. With 1% of time/day(average 30 minutes/day) is good for running 150-200km/month.

20th Tamako Ekiden 7k🎽 No injury
29th 5K TT (2K and injured...) Yellow signal for Boston.
4月 8th Tokyo Komazawa Olympic park 5K 18:38 (Ave 3:37/km) - prep for Boston,
15th Boston Athletic Association(B.A.A.) 5K 18:50 (Average 3:40/km)
: 14th place in my division, (1K dash+4K jog for marathon in 2 days)
17th Boston marathon 3:14:14 Summer in Boston(13th full marathon)
: Overall 3530, Gender 3144, Division 583

9月 Berlin marathon (6th of six) 17th Full Marathon
