Jan
Calf injury during Half marathon in Jan 11th. This is my fault running without enough warm up and start running around 4:00-4:15/k pace.
Feb
Edkiden 5K around 19:30, 10km pace run in 4:15, build up training cannot keep it up, still having calf pain
48 days to Boston marathon.
1) keep calm, stay positive.
2) focus on what I can manage.
3) Go to Ohme for hart break hill. Be prepared.
